Johannes Sauer

Johannes Sauer is a professor for production and resource economics and currently the chair of the agricultural economics department. He has been a guest professor at UC Berkeley and Princeton University as well as at different policy advisory units as e.g. OECD, USDA and DEFRA/UK. The focus of his research is among others on the empirical modelling and measurement of bioeconomic problems and solutions at microlevel. He has broad experiences with respect to innovation and productivity analysis in different contexts using a variety of quantitative techniques.
